Let’s get one thing clear… Atos aren’t ‘assessing’ anyone in these changes to the benefits system. Their primary objective is to deny as many people as possible their entitlement to these benefits. They are doing this by deliberately falsifying medical information, which amounts to fraud. It is obvious that their instructions are coming from the Government. Cameron & Co. know that the system is flawed but refuse to back down. It takes a humble and intelligent person to admit that they have made a mistake. Cameron is neither.

I Totally agree Mo someone should be charged with the deaths of 11000 people I do believe that all employees of the government can be taken to court for for most types of offence such as abuse of power and abuse of office. Im sure it would be reletively easy to prove the cases against DWP decision makers, If they have not done their job correctly they can be taken to court. Once there has been a conviction that will provide a precedence and more of them could be made to face the judicial system.
Mo Blair and Bush were found guilty of war crimes by Malaysia in November 2011,today Archbishop Desmond Tutu asked for the same to happen – Blair covered his back by repealing any law that would bring him to justice -I’m afraid to fight the assessments within the law is very doubtful -if you noticed we are bombarded with news of whats happening in Syria ,but not the biggest crime of this century at home .Lack of media coverage and public support at present are holding back a very genuine cause .But good luck with all your endeavours .

The minister of disability is cop out she knows ATOS are responsiable for the appeals and the DM at JCP. People are clearly not fit for work and ATOS do an assessment that stops your benefits and act with the DM to achive this . So sorry minister you know exactly why so many appeals are taking place and decsions being over turned. CAB should have come on this programme and stated some cases they dealt with and how many people they have seen who are not fit for work who have been deemed as fit for for work and lost benefits
The woman was asked it she would claim DLA if she was earning a lot of money. Being a lawyer is high pay and she like others in work would have to pay for a car anyway as she is working. So why would she need DLA would should be for poorer people not in work. If I had a job with good money i would pay for my car like others.
I think DLA should go by pay amounts someone on £50,000 or more a year should not get DLA at all. But it also should be based on the level of disabitly too. If this woman only needs a car to get about so do most people who work
That guy said everything has to be looked at when trying to save money, well a 0.5 and 0.3 % fraud rate is not a place to look is it. Why bother, surely tax fraud is a better place to focus. It is simply picking on the weak bc they haven’t got the recourses to complain. They are giving a lot of ppl nothing to loose, that seems like a pretty silly move to me, I thought they would be good at looking at the history books to see what happens when you do that.
Although I applaud all the effort put in by subscribers to this site, as I stated earlier on here we are being diverted from the bigger picture .Having watched a video and read some articles on jobseekers even they are being targeted and benefits stopped for up to six months.The jobcentre has a target of 3 claimants per week per advisor (words of JC advisor).Although Atos has taken down some anti- Atos websites ,by their own admission with an apology (laughable) the real target is this regime run by Camergoon ,Schimdt and Graybles.This is becoming a Nazi State ,police commissioners = state run police.Blairs repeal of the treason act.New mobile laws = GHQ monitoring personal calls.Make the populace poorer = demoralise the antagonists.Hitler crept up on Germany when its economy was rock bottom.The effect this whole charade has on any benefit claimants should actually increase ill health .Aljazeera an Arabic news channel have given more say to the victims of these cuts than the UK media.All the best with your appeals but don’t forget the bigger picture is emerging.

DWP have confirmed that 1100 people found ‘fit for work’ by an Atos assessment actually DIED after having ESA removed, Jan – Aug 2011.
This is gvt funded corporate manslaughter and I intend to persue it once I’ve found a tame QC.
