Silver Lease Fraud Duo Shares Same Law Firm So Curcio Hearing in SDNY Case
SDNY COURTHOUSE, February 24 –
Robert Jeffrey Johnson and Kathleen Hook are charged with conspiring to wire fraud in connection with a precious metals leasing program known as the “Silver Lease Company”. They are represented by the same law firm.
On February 24, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Edgardo Ramos, held a hearing of Curcio. Inner City Press has it covered.
Johnson but not Hook is accused of defrauding insurance companies
. The U.S. Attorney’s Office submitted a list of proposed questions for each defendant.
The case is US v. Johnson, et al., 21-cr-428 (Ramos)
