Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, Experian

You will need to demonstrate a passion for software development using Ruby on Rails and a desire to listen and work with peers from other regions, UK-based agile and client project development teams and in other regions. Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer experienced in building applications, testing, and building APIs.

Web Engineer, Operations, Monzo

Monzo is looking for web engineers to help them build amazing internal tools that enable their customer support teams to be efficient and effective while providing a great customer experience and investigating financial crime.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, user researchers and other engineers as part of a team. If you enjoy working closely with designers to create user experiences that make sense of information density for users, this job is for you.

Monzo’s internal tools are written in modern functional JavaScript using React and GraphQL. Developer experience and development support in a highly distributed team are key requirements for in-house web tools. They have even started exploring micro-interfaces to help them achieve this goal.

Every day you will work closely with designers to build and improve the UX of internal tools that help customer support teams. You will actively contribute at every stage of the product development life cycle, you will own the development of new features from concept to completion.
